Service Area:

Mobile Mike’s Automotive Repair provides mobile repair services within a primary service radius including, but not limited to: Grants Pass, Murphy, Wilderville and Rogue River. Locations outside this immediate area may be subject to a travel surcharge.

Work Environment:

The vehicle must be parked on a flat, solid surface (concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel) in an area that allows full access to all sides of the vehicle. For vehicles located in rural or overgrown areas (fields, tall grass, or near timber), the Customer is responsible for ensuring the workspace is clear of environmental hazards—including wasp/hornet nests, pest infestations, and hazardous debris—prior to the technician’s arrival. Mobile Mike’s Automotive and Repair reserves the right to reschedule if the workspace is deemed unsafe.

Access & Remote Service:

To perform repairs, the technician must have immediate access to the vehicle and keys at the scheduled appointment time. If the customer chooses a “contactless” service (leaving keys in a safe place), pre-payment or a valid credit card on file is mandatory. If the technician arrives and cannot access the keys or the vehicle, a Service Call Fee will be charged to the customer.

Assumption of Risk (Worksite & Environment

Assumption of Risk and Surface Integrity

1.1 Acknowledgment of Risk: The Customer acknowledges that mobile automotive repair inherently involves certain risks, including but not limited to the operation of heavy machinery, the use of industrial chemicals, and the deployment of vehicle lifting equipment on private residential or commercial property.

1.2 Liability Waiver for Surface Damage: Mobile Mike’s Automotive Repair shall not be held liable for any damage to driveways, pavers, asphalt, or other surfaces resulting from the standard course of repair. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Structural Impressions: Indentations or cracks caused by the weight of the vehicle or the use of jack stands.

  • Staining: Oil stains, fluid spills, or chemical residue inherent to automotive maintenance.

1.3 Mitigation Efforts:

While Mobile Mike’s Automotive Repair employs professional-grade fluid catchment systems and adheres to authorized disposal protocols to minimize environmental impact, the Customer accepts that total prevention of surface contact with automotive fluids cannot be guaranteed.

Customer-Supplied Parts:
  • No Warranty: Mobile Mike’s Automotive Repair does not provide a warranty (express or implied) for any parts provided by the Customer.
  • Failure Liability: If a customer-supplied part is defective or fails, the Customer is responsible for the full labor cost of the initial installation and any subsequent labor required to remove or replace the faulty part.

 

Limitation of Liability:
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Mobile Mike’s Automotive Repair for any claim arising out of the services provided—whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise—shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service provided. Mobile Mike’s Automotive Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of use, towing fees, or rental car costs).
Release and Indemnification:

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Mike’s Automotive Repair and its technicians from any claims, suits, or damages arising from the Customer’s failure to follow safety instructions or provide a safe work environment as outlined in this agreement.
